Since the late 1940s, Zandvoort has been the center of the Dutch racing scene, and it is the largest Circuit, especially for four-wheeled racing. Zandvoort Circuit Park is situated about 30 km from Amsterdam, in the seaside town of Zandvoort. Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport is the closest airport that is about 30 km south-east and about a 35 minutes’ drive from the Zandvoort circuit.

How To Reach

By car

In the navigation system, car riders can enter the following Circuit Zandvoort address: Burgermeester van Alphenstraat 108, 2041 KP. If the navigation system does not recognize the correct house, only the name of the road will be enough. Circuit Zandvoort’s primary entrance is straight on the way.

Follow the signs for Zandvoort on the A9 road (via exit Haarlem-Zuid–N205) and continue towards Zandvoort on the N201. It is also feasible to travel via the N200 to Zandvoort to the end of Haarlem on the A9 (through the A200). A piece of adapted travel advice will be provided in some instances if it’s expected to be a peak time.

Train

With the assistance of a direct train route from Amsterdam, Haarlem and Den Haag, Zandvoort can be quickly by train. Zandvoort Circuit is just a 10-minute walk from Zandvoort station. Here is a quick step by step guide to reaching the Zandvoort circuit via train:

  1. If you’re standing at the platform with your back, go straight and walk in the direction of Van Speijkstraat.
  2. You cross the street to the left at the end of the highway and walk past the gas station. After that, you follow the road across the Alphenstraat Burgermeister.
  3. The Circuit’s main gate can be seen from the right side after 500 m.
  4. And you have reached the Zandvoort station.

Bus

You can also take the bus to Zandvoort. The buses commonly leave Circuit Zandvoort from the center of Zandvoort. Moreover, they also have a connection with bus number 80 to Amsterdam and NS Station Haarlem-Spaarnwoude. Bus number 80, which has a stop at Haarlem NS Station, reaches the Circuit Zandvoort’s primary entrance.

The club sports season climax DNRT Finales:

Date: 12 & 13 October

The final weekend for different professional racing events is the DNRT Finales. The DNRT Amateur Racing organization’s motorsport season will be accountable for these races. All racing enthusiasts can attend this event. There is no need for passes. Moreover, you can access to the dunes, Main Grandstand, and paddocks for free.

Please note that for the parking, fees apply if you are traveling by vehicle. You can leave your car at the Main Grandstand for just € 6.00.

500 Challenging Kilometers:  Zandvoort 500

Date: 3rd November

The Zandvoort 500 signifies the beginning of the winter period and the opening of a new phase of the Winter Endurance Championship for GT and touring cars. However, if you are traveling by vehicle, a parking ticket requires to be purchased. The duration of the event will be 500 km or a total of 4 hours. All supporters can attend the game for free.

The Ultimate Race Festival: Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix

Date: 1st – 3rd May 2020.

This event is a dream come true for millions of sports supporters! It comes to the world as a wonderful sporting event. Moreover, it also provides Dutch fans the chance to brighten up close for their heroes Max Verstappen, Lewis Hamilton, and Sebastian Vettel.

Annual passes

You will no longer have to wait in the ticket office; you can go to the track directly with the yearly pass. Also, by purchasing the annual pass, you can save a ton of money. Frequent visitors to the Circuit Zandvoort have the chance to buy a yearly pass at a reasonable cost. The 2019 season pass is valid until December 2019 in mid-April 2019.

An annual pass for the Paddock: The annual Paddock pass allows access to Circuit Zandvoort’s dunes and paddocks. Additionally, the Paddock pass permits you free access to the main grandstand. However, during the Jumbo Racing Days and other activities where a special entrance pass is required to enter the main stadium. Moreover, you can get the updates for the events, seven days earlier.

An annual pass for the dunes: This pass is cheaper than the yearly Paddock pass and provides access to the dunes region for the visitor.
